Payment

Philbert accepts payment by credit card / VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the order has been shipped.

Philbert encrypts all information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties cannot read your card details or other information during transactions.


Delivery

Philbert aims to ship orders received before 12:00 (noon) on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 may be shipped the following day.
Delivery time: Denmark 1–2 days | Europe 3–5 days | Rest of the world 5–10 days.

Philbert ships via GLS or Post Danmark. Please note that timely delivery depends on GLS and Post Danmark not experiencing delays. Philbert cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these carriers. In the event of significant delays (several days) or non-delivery, Philbert will of course arrange a new delivery free of charge.


Exchanges

If the product does not fit or the color is not as expected, we are happy to exchange it. Please send an email to info@philbert.design with your order number and the product you wish to exchange for.


Warranty

Philbert provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, improper maintenance, force, or unauthorized modifications.

Complaints regarding defects that should have been discovered during a normal inspection must be reported to Philbert within a reasonable time. The item can be returned for repair, exchange, or (by agreement) refund. In connection with valid complaints, Philbert will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please remember to include your order number when contacting us.

Returns can also be made by refusing delivery or by returning the item in person to our office in Svendborg (Jessens Mole 3 C). It is always a good idea to call or email in advance. While not required, processing will be easier if sufficient information is included with the package — such as a copy of the order confirmation and any previous correspondence.


Refunds

In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods, or prepaid orders canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund will be issued. Refunds are typically processed back to your credit card.


Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you choose to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Complaints

Complaints regarding a product or service can be submitted to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus).

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may submit your complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
