Shipping policy

Delivery

Philbert aims to ship orders received before 12:00 (noon) on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 may be shipped the following day.
Delivery times: Denmark 1–2 days | Europe 3–5 days | Rest of the world 5–10 days.

Philbert ships via GLS or Post Danmark. Timely delivery depends on these carriers not experiencing delays. Philbert cannot be held responsible for delays caused by GLS or Post Danmark. In the event of significant delays (several days) or non-delivery, Philbert will of course arrange a new delivery free of charge.
